The company José Carlos Ferreira e Irmãos, Lda. was established by public deed on January 9, 1986. On April 1 of 1986, it started its industrial work and commercialization of goods in Parceiros, Leiria, where it is still based today.
José Carlos Ferreira e Irmãos, Lda. came to occupy the facilities already built and equipped in 1978 by Afonso Ferreira Custódio, father of the current partners, maintaining the same line of activity: Sawmill, Carpentry and Parquet Fabrication. The evolution and expansion of the market in the region led to the expansion of these facilities, thus starting to market a whole new range of products.
